Red tail hawk with starlings

This hawk had swooped down on a lame starling in front of my van as I drove my kids to school. It then proceeded to a tree top.
When I returned, shortly thereafter, I saw this picture of the hawk with bits of starling leftovers in it's beak and the starling flock making a fuss
